Child Safety & CSAM Policy
Wavelly – Live Video Call App
Last Updated: April 4, 2026
At Wavelly, we have a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any content that exploits or endangers children. Our mission is to provide a safe and positive video calling experience for all users.
1. Prohibited Content
Wavelly strictly prohibits the following:
Any visual or textual content depicting children in sexual or suggestive situations.
Any attempt to groom, solicit, or endanger minors.
Harassment, bullying, or exploitation of users under the legal age.
2. Monitoring and Prevention
To ensure compliance with our safety standards, we implement:
Live Moderation: We use automated tools and manual review to monitor reported live sessions.
AI Filtering: Our system is designed to detect and flag suspicious behavior and prohibited content.
3. Reporting Mechanisms
We empower our community to stay safe:
In-App Reporting: Every video call and profile in Wavelly includes a clear 'Report' button. Users can instantly report any child safety concerns.
Blocking: Users can immediately block anyone who violates our safety guidelines.
4. Enforcement and Legal Compliance
If a user is found violating our Child Safety Policy:
The account will be permanently banned without notice.
We will cooperate with law enforcement and report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant global authorities.
5. Point of Contact
If you have any questions or wish to report a safety concern directly, please contact our safety officer:
